Alford Presents Continuing Education on Trial Practice

Senior partner, Helen Alford, a member of the Council on Litigation Management, was a co-presenter of "Litigation 104 - Trial Practice" for insurance claims examiners in Birmingham last week. The program is designed to teach claims examiners about each portion of a trial. Discussion included trial preparation and the teamwork needed between defense counsel and the claim representative.
