Clausen Tapped For Role in Regional Mock Trial Presentation

Earlier this month, partner Andy Clausen played a lead role in a seminar sponsored by the Alliance Insurance Group. The event was for members of the Oregon Health Care Association and Washington Health Care Association with over 150 executives in attendance. Clausen assumed the plaintiff attorney’s role in the program that consisted of a mock trial based on actual litigation against a long-term care provider. The purpose of the seminar was to demonstrate to long-term care owners, operators, risk managers, and general counsel the importance of risk management interventions and effective means of defending litigation.
