Firm Wins Baldwin County Condemnation Case

The Firm successfully represented a landowner and obtained a $25,000 increase in a condemnation award. The increase was awarded against the State Highway Department for condemnation which involved acquisition of .42 acres adjacent to Hwy 31. The State sought the land for improvements and widening the public road. The award was for a partial taking and our client retains 1.75 acres adjacent to the highway.
