She started as an administrative assistant, then became administrative assistant to the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer as well as to the General Counsel, serving simultaneously as assistant corporate secretary. Later she was promoted to liability claims supervisor while continuing to serve as assistant corporate secretary.
